RebuyBox — owned by Dokkan Tech is an independently operated Egyptian brand selling open-box, lightly used and refurbished electronics and accessories. The condition of each item is stated separately; these categories do not all mean factory-sealed new.
Product condition
- Open-box: The original packaging has been opened. Review the item's condition and included accessories on its product page.
- Lightly used: The item has been used before. Its grade and any disclosed wear or limitations help describe its condition.
- Refurbished: This term is used only for products professionally restored and tested, supplied with a warranty, with that status explicitly disclosed on the product page.
- New and sealed: This description is reserved for unused products in their original, unopened factory packaging.
Inspection and grading
Our published condition policy provides for inspection and grading before listing. Review each product's grade, included accessories and known limitations before ordering. Grade A/B/C/D describes the item's condition; a grade alone does not prove that an item is new or refurbished.

Shipping, returns and support
