1. Product Condition, Availability & Pricing
- RebuyBox products are open-box or used products unless a product page explicitly and accurately states otherwise.
- Each item's Grade and any known Grade D exception must be disclosed on its product page before purchase.
- All products are subject to availability.
- Product prices are shown in EGP. Any applicable tax and shipping amounts are shown before order confirmation at checkout. The final payable amount must be visible before you confirm the order.
2. Orders
Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or cancel an order where necessary. If a paid order is cancelled, the applicable refund will be issued.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Delivery normally takes 2–5 business days after order confirmation, subject to destination and operational delays. See the Shipping Policy.
4. Returns & Refunds
RebuyBox provides an easy, free return service during the first 7 days from delivery for eligible items, subject to the conditions in the Refund Policy. This additional service does not limit statutory consumer rights under applicable Egyptian law. See the Refund Policy.
5. Warranty
Most products come with a 3-month RebuyBox warranty; the exact warranty shown on the product page applies. Grade D products are covered for faults other than the specific issue or limitation disclosed before purchase. The disclosed Grade D issue itself is excluded from a new warranty claim. See the Warranty Policy.
6. Privacy
Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
7. Accuracy & Updates
We work to keep product descriptions, availability, pricing, policies, and other information accurate. If an error is identified, we may correct it and will handle affected orders in accordance with applicable law.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
