1. What is RebuyBox?
RebuyBox — owned by Dokkan Tech is an independently operated Egyptian brand selling open-box, lightly used and refurbished electronics and accessories, owned by Dokkan Tech.
2. Are the products brand new?
Open-box and used products are not sold as factory-sealed new. A product is described as new and sealed only if it is unused in its original unopened factory packaging. Each product is inspected and graded before listing under our published condition policy.
3. What do Grade A / B / C / D mean?
Grade A: Open-box or excellent condition, fully functional, with little or no visible wear. Grade B: Fully functional, with light to moderate cosmetic signs of use that do not affect essential functions. Grade C: Essential functions are working, with heavier or clearly visible cosmetic wear. Grade D: The product has a specific, clearly disclosed exception or issue. Grade D does not automatically mean defective, for parts, or sold as-is. The exact Grade D issue must be shown before purchase.
4. Is there a warranty?
Most products come with a 3-month RebuyBox warranty; the exact warranty shown on the product page applies. For Grade D, the disclosed issue itself is excluded from a new warranty claim, while other undisclosed faults are handled according to the RebuyBox warranty policy.
5. How are products tested?
Each product is inspected before listing, and any known limitation, missing item, or functional exception must be clearly disclosed and match the assigned Grade.
6. How does shipping work?
Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery location and order size/weight. The exact fee is shown at checkout. Delivery normally takes 2–5 business days after order confirmation.
7. What is the return policy?
RebuyBox offers an easy, free return service during the first 7 days from delivery for eligible items. This additional service does not limit statutory consumer rights. See the Refund Policy for full details.

9. What is the difference between open-box, used and refurbished?
Open-box means the original packaging has been opened; review the product page for the item's actual condition and contents. Used means the product has been used before. Refurbished is reserved for products professionally restored and tested, supplied with a warranty, with that status clearly disclosed. Grade A/B/C/D is a separate condition grade and is not a substitute for these categories.
