Refund, Return & Exchange Policy
At RebuyBox, we want the condition of every product and every return option to be clear before you buy.
1. RebuyBox Easy Return — First 7 Days
RebuyBox provides an easy, free return service during the first 7 days from delivery for eligible products. You may request a return without giving a reason, provided the item is returned with the contents and accessories received and has not been damaged, altered, or misused after delivery.
For this RebuyBox 7-day service, RebuyBox covers the arranged return pickup/shipping cost.
2. Your Statutory Consumer Rights
Our 7-day Easy Return service is an additional RebuyBox service and does not limit rights available under Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.
- 14-day statutory return/exchange right: Qualifying purchases may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason, subject to the conditions and exceptions provided by applicable law.
- Defective or non-conforming goods: Where a product is defective or does not conform to the agreed specifications or purpose, applicable statutory rights extend to 30 days from receipt, subject to the law.
3. Product Condition and Grade D
Every Grade D product must state its specific known exception or limitation on the product page before purchase. Examples may include a missing receiver or accessory, one non-working port or key, or another clearly identified limitation.
The disclosed Grade D issue is part of the product's stated condition and is not treated as a newly discovered warranty defect. However, Grade D products receive the same warranty protection as other grades for other, unrelated faults that were not disclosed before purchase, subject to the warranty terms.
4. Warranty & Exchange
- Most products carry a 3-month RebuyBox warranty; the exact warranty is shown on the product page.
- If an eligible fault occurs during the warranty period, RebuyBox may repair, replace, or refund the product as appropriate.
- If a replacement is provided, it should be of equivalent condition/grade where available.
- If no suitable replacement is available, RebuyBox may provide a refund or other lawful resolution.
5. Inspection & Return Process
- Contact us before returning an item so we can record the request and arrange the appropriate return method.
- Returned products are inspected against the condition and contents recorded at sale.
- Damage, missing contents, misuse, or alteration occurring after delivery may affect eligibility, subject to applicable law.
