Warranty Policy
At RebuyBox, we stand behind the products we sell and clearly disclose each item's condition before purchase.
Coverage Summary
Most products carry a 3-month RebuyBox warranty. The exact warranty period shown on the product page applies.
During the Warranty Period
If an eligible fault occurs during the stated warranty period, RebuyBox may repair, replace, or refund the product as appropriate. Where a replacement is used, RebuyBox will aim to provide an item of equivalent condition/grade (Grade A, B, C, or D) where available.
Grade D Warranty
Grade D products are covered under the same warranty framework as Grade A, B, and C products for faults other than the specific issue disclosed before purchase.
For example, if a Grade D keyboard is sold with one missing key, that missing key is the disclosed condition and is not a new warranty claim. If a separate unexpected fault later appears elsewhere in the keyboard during the warranty period, it can be assessed under the warranty policy.
If No Replacement Is Available
If a suitable replacement is not available, RebuyBox will provide an appropriate resolution such as a refund, repair, or other option in accordance with the applicable policy and law.
Warranty on Replacement Products
A replacement product carries the remaining balance of the original product's warranty period unless otherwise required by law.
Important Notes
- Disclosed condition: Cosmetic condition and any known Grade D limitation disclosed before purchase are part of the sale condition.
- Inspection: Warranty requests are inspected to determine whether the reported fault is separate from the disclosed condition and whether it falls within warranty coverage.
- Response time: We aim to respond to warranty requests within 3 business days and provide a resolution as quickly as reasonably possible after receiving and inspecting the product.
