What does "OPEN-BOX" mean?
An Open-Box or used product is individually inspected before listing and assigned a Grade based on its actual condition. The product page must disclose its Grade and any known issue, missing item, or functional exception.
Grade D specifically means a clear, product-specific exception or limitation has been disclosed. It does not automatically mean that every Grade D product is defective, for parts, sold as-is, or requires repair.
Each product's own Grade, known issue, accessories status, and warranty treatment are the information to rely on before purchase.
